Why it works

Premium fence panels – fast installation and a predictable end result

A panel fencing system is one of the fastest ways to fence private plots, company premises and development projects. The final result depends not only on the panel itself, but also on the selection of posts, clamps and spacing as well as the quality of the corrosion protection. That is why we offer a premium solution – so the fence keeps a straight line, looks consistent and performs well over time.

Fast installation

System components (panels + posts + clamps) make it possible to build the fence efficiently, even on long runs.

Even geometry

Panel rigidity and properly selected fixings reduce waviness and help maintain a clean, straight fence line.

Durable coating

EN ISO 1461 galvanizing (~70 µm) + optional RAL finish – corrosion protection in real outdoor conditions for up to 50 years.

Parameters

Technical specification

The key parameters that matter for rigidity, installation and the final result.

Panel – construction and dimensions

  • Type: premium fence panel (system solution)
  • Mesh: 5×20 cm (optional 5×10 cm)
  • Vertical wire/rod: Ø 4.8 mm
  • Horizontal C-profile: 20×8×1.6 mm (increased rigidity)
  • Panel width: up to approx. 2500 mm (system-based)
  • Heights: selected to suit the project (typically 0.61–2.21 m)

Installation and finish

  • Posts: steel posts (selected according to height) + clamps
  • Clamps: standard / flat bar type (reinforced, selected for rigidity and safety)
  • Galvanizing: to EN ISO 1461, coating thickness approx. 70 µm
  • Coating: optional powder coating (RAL, e.g. 7016)
  • Delivery: Poland / EU (subject to arrangements)

Note: in more demanding conditions (sloping ground, long runs, windy zones), we select post spacing and fixing methods so the fence remains rigid and visually even.

Comparison

Premium fence panels vs typical DIY-store panels – where do the differences show?

Panels may look similar in photos, but in practice the differences show in rigidity after installation, coating quality and the stability of the whole system (posts + clamps + spacing). Premium versions are designed to give a predictable result for years – especially on longer runs.

Element Premium panels (Gablux manufacturer) DIY-store panels
Panel rigidity High – Ø 4.8 mm rod passes through the C-profile, with fixings selected for the intended use Low – Ø 3.1 mm wire only spot-welded, more likely to move on long runs
Geometry after installation Easier to maintain a straight line “Waviness” appears more often
Corrosion protection EN ISO 1461 galvanizing (~70 µm) + optional RAL Most often electro-galvanized + RAL
Installation system Matched posts + clamps / optional flat bars Components often selected “by eye”
Final result Consistent – visually premium Depends on the batch and the installation quality

In short: premium panels are not just a “better panel”, but a complete system (fixings, spacing, coating), which gives a predictable result and reduces the risk of later corrections.

Configurations

How to match fence panels to your project?

With fence panels, the most important things are the right height, posts, spacing and fixings. On long runs, rigidity and geometry matter most. On sloping plots, transitions and layout divisions are key (for example stepped panel installation or height adjustment).

Variants

Panel connection and configuration variants

Two of the most common layouts in practice: the classic panel-to-panel connection and a configuration between gabions. This makes it easier to match the system to the plot and installation conditions.

Height selection

For residential properties, the most common choice is around 1.21–1.61 m (comfort and aesthetics), while for commercial sites it is usually 1.71–2.21 m (security). The right height depends on the purpose of the fence.

Posts and spacing

The post is the “backbone” of the fence. We select its section and spacing so the system stays stable and keeps a straight line over long distances.

Slopes and corners

On sloping ground, we recommend stepped layouts or custom module adjustment. At corners, we choose fixings so the whole structure remains rigid and visually clean.

For the fastest quotation, send the run lengths, panel height and information about any slopes. If you have a plan drawing, attach it and we will select the complete system.

Price

Fence panel pricing – what is included in the set?

The price depends on the height, finish (galvanized / RAL) and selected system components. To make installation simple and durable, the panel is only one part of the whole system – posts and fixings matter just as much.

Included in the set price

  • fence panels prepared for installation
  • steel posts (selected according to height)
  • clamps / installation accessories
  • fixing elements (according to the configuration)
  • EN ISO 1461 galvanizing (~70 µm)

Additional options

  • powder coating in any RAL colour
  • reinforced clamps and solutions for higher loads
  • selection for sloping terrain and corners
  • system matching for gates and wickets

Need a quote for fence panels?

Send us the run lengths, panel height and preferred finish (galvanized / RAL). If the site is sloped, include that information as well. We will select the right system (posts + clamps) and prepare a tailored quotation.

The quotation is free and non-binding. We also advise on spacing, corners and the best panel height for your project.

FAQ

Fence panels – questions and answers

What are fence panels?
These are system steel panels mounted to posts using clamps and accessories. Their biggest advantages are fast installation, a consistent visual effect and the ability to match the parameters to the intended use.
How do you choose the right height for fence panels?
For residential properties, a typical choice is around 1.21–1.61 m, while for companies and commercial sites it is usually 1.71–2.21 m. The right height depends on the expected level of privacy, security and local conditions such as wind or sloping terrain.
Are premium fence panels really different from cheap DIY-store panels?
Yes – in practice, the differences are visible in rigidity after installation, corrosion protection quality and how well the whole system works together (post + clamps + spacing). Premium panels give a more predictable result on long runs.
Do fence panels rust?
The panels are made from galvanized steel (EN ISO 1461, approx. 70 µm), with optional RAL powder coating, so when installed correctly they can perform for many years without demanding maintenance.
Is panel fence installation complicated?
Installation is straightforward when the system is selected correctly: posts on axis, correct spacing and suitable clamps. On sloping ground, transitions and stepped layouts are important – we take care of that at the quotation stage.
Do you manufacture panels to custom sizes?
For non-standard projects, we select the solution individually, for example adjusted modules for slopes, corners, gates and wickets. The fastest way to confirm this is based on a plan drawing or the run dimensions.
What is the lead time?
Lead times usually depend on the selected configuration and finish (galvanized / RAL). Quotations are prepared quickly and are non-binding.
