How do I choose stone so that gabions look even and tidy?
The key is the stone fraction and uniformity. The most commonly chosen sizes are 60–125 mm or 60–170 mm. For premium results, the front is often hand-laid.

Yes – gabions combine very well with anthracite (RAL 7016), wood and simple architecture. Dark fillings create a minimalist effect, while light ones feel more airy and elegant.
